What are Hippocrates health principles?
" Let thy food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." This simple truth was said by Hippocrates of Cos, a healer and physician (460? - 377? B.C) who clinically treated and documented the health of thousands of patients. His clinical focus was to understand the patient as a whole entity to create health in body, mind and spirit through detoxification, nutrition and self-care. Hippocrates' ideals of self-rejuvenation and nutritional healing has been a focus of study and practice by many doctors, patients and health-seeking individuals with remarkable health results. Clinical evidence shows that a natural plant-based, organic whole food diet of fresh fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds, and nutrient-dense powerhouses such as sprouts and wheat grass that are prepared without cooking promote restorative balance within the body. When combined with conscious health-promoting behaviors and positive state of mind the potential for transformation is unlimited.
This program is for anyone who wants to refresh and renew through delicious, easy & creative cuisine, whether you are new to living foods and a plant-based lifestyle or in need of resetting your healthy habits to become your most vibrant self.

Seed Sprout Bloom: A 3 Week Program of Self-Rejuvenation for Everyone Space is reserved for 10 participants only. Program must have at least 6 participants to begin. This program is an excellent opportunity to bring plant based nutrition education into your workplace or organization for general wellness or to supplement CPAT requirements. Please contact Beth for more information and to design a program that fits your specific needs.
